​​A credit card is required upon booking to secure all services. Your card will only be charged if you choose to use it as your form of payment or if you incur any cancellation/rescheduling fees. Please read the policies below. By booking your services, you have agreed to the following terms

We value and appreciate the time you spend with us being serviced and have dedicated that time to only you. Failing to cancel /reschedule in a reasonable amount of time or failing to cancel results in a loss of time and money. We kindly ask that you give a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment to avoid any fees.​​

​​Cancellation Policy

Canceling or rescheduling without the courtesy of 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged the full (100%) service price.​​​​​

​​​​Late Arrivals

​​ The time you have booked for your appointment has been reserved just for you. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment as all appointments will end at the scheduled time. Arriving 15 minutes late is considered a neglected appointment (no-call/no show), will need to be rescheduled and will also be subject to fees.

​​Neglected Appointments

Failing to call or show up for your scheduled appointment time will result in full charge of scheduled services.​​​
